The areas covered under PREPARE@U Preprint Archive include all disciplines of Science, Mathematics, Engineering and Technology, Business & Management, Law, Social Sciences, Medical Sciences, Humanities etc.

The Manuscripts and Documents in various Sections e.g. Articles, Research Papers, Project Reports, Thesis etc. are accepted in English only.
 

PREPARE@U Digital Object Identifier (DOI)

Manuscripts and Documents published Open Access (not peer reviewed) in PREPARE@U Preprint Archive are fully citable, each with a unique DOI number.

Once a DOI number has been assigned to a Preprint including supplementary materials, it cannot be changed, except for comments posted on the preprint page. A Preprint version can be removed only in exceptional cases, clarified on an individual basis.

Open Access Preprints (not peer-reviewed) are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original authors and source are credited. Copyright remains with the authors, who have granted PREPARE@U Preprint Archive an Open Access preprint licence in perpetuity.

 

PREPARE@U Plagiarism Checking

Plagiarism checking of submitted Manuscripts and Documents will be carried out by PREPARE@U Preprint Archive authority and the Certificates will be attached with the respective Preprints.
 

Moderation

PREPARE@U Preprint Archive reserves the right to remove any articles that contain any material published without author consent, without an appropriate declaration of conflicts of interest, plagiarized material or describe experimental work that is not performed in accordance with the ethical standards for research using animals or human subjects.

 

Commentaries as comments

Authors may invite others to join a scientific/technical discussion on their article, which may be published as a PREPARE@U Commentary linked with the particular article.

Readers and archive clubs are encouraged to discuss preprints with the original authors, to submit a PREPARE@U Commentary.

Commentaries are an integral concept of Preprints and can contribute to the advancement of knowledge. Authors can consider the comments for improvement / modification of their article.

Superficial comments are not posted on PREPARE@U Preprint Arch websites. Comments submitted without adhering to the format of a Commentary may be ignored.
