For any conference the editor will need to encourage new and established authors to submit articles and set up a reliable panel of expert reviewers. Editors are also responsible for offering feedback to reviewers when required and ensure that any feedback to authors is constructive.
The Editor of the conference looks for the followings:

2) Are the results likely to lead to future research?
3) Is sufficient detail provided to allow reproduction of the study?
4) Are the methods and statistics appropriate for the analysis?
